While Enhanced 9-1-1 is the most advanced form of Emergency Dialing Service available, there are some limitations when it is provided by a VoIP provider such as VBuzzer. Yes, voicemail is supported. If you are not able to answer a call, the caller can leave you a voicemail which is converted into a digital file (in WAV format) and can be sent to your email. You can also record a personal greeting.
Yes, 3-way conferencing is supported. Once your first call is established, simply flash-hook and place your second call. Once your second call is connected, flash-hook again to connect all 3 parties.
